Arsenal

Arsenal is a 10,000 m² residential project built on the historic Arsenal du Charroi site in Etterbeek.

This real estate project, designed by Atlante and Archi 2000, comprises 3 buildings with a total of 96 apartments with 2 or 3 bedrooms. As regards materials, preference has gone to brick, glass and aluminium, conserving the sobriety of the military building. The site includes 1,500m² of green space, which is open to residents.

The apartments in the first building have been sold to private individuals. The two other buildings have been bought by a private investor.
